Darkfall Pre-Order Stuff, Continued...

Seems the pre-order got completely screwed up when they received ~20x the traffic they anticipated all at once. Tasos (Dev) issued a statement saying that basically their servers were being hammered beyond all reasonable expectation. It's broken now, and most people haven't been able to pre-order it at all. It's fortunate that so many people are interested in the game, but I'm a bit scared of what's going to happen to the servers on release. Here's hoping they didn't overestimate their capacity and under-estimate the amount of players that would be coming.

I happened across the pre-order about a minute after they posted it and managed to be one of the first handful of successful orders. So yeah, that is awesome.

Seirei No Moribito - Anime/Manga

This series was recommended to me today, so I started watching. So far so good! I'll give you another update when I finish it and let you know what I think. For now though if you're looking for something new, check it out. I'm enjoying it, about five episodes in so far. Thanks to Champion without the "o" for the suggestion.

Quite a few to watch there, good stuff.

It's going to be great. Been following the game personally since early 2005 but it's been in development since 2001. It was put together by a small team of Indy developers in Greece.
